What You'll Do

As a KFC Team Member, your day is never boring. You'll be trusted with responsibilities that make a real difference-from guest satisfaction to food quality.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Greeting guests with energy, friendliness, and a can-do attitude
• Taking and processing orders with accuracy and speed
• Handling cash, making change, and operating the register
• Preparing KFC's iconic menu items fresh to order and with care
• Keeping food areas clean, organized, and safe
• Monitoring equipment and reporting any issues promptly
• Re-stocking inventory and unloading deliveries
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Working with your team to meet shift goals and ensure every guest leaves happy

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Are at least 16 years old
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Enjoy working with people and love making customers smile

• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during a fast-paced shift
• Are comfortable operating a register and handling basic math
• Are dependable, punctual, and take pride in your work
• Can follow instructions and complete required training certifications
