What You'll Do - Key Responsibilities

As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be entrusted with more than just task management. You'll be a leader on the floor, a mentor to your team, and a trusted partner to management.

Shift & Team Leadership

• Lead shifts with energy, confidence, and a people-first mindset.
• Guide Team Members through their responsibilities, making sure everyone understands their roles and performs at their best.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by modeling warm, friendly service and resolving issues on the spot.
• Offer timely coaching, feedback, and recognition to encourage growth and engagement.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure food quality, order accuracy, and cleanliness standards are met every shift.
• Execute the KFC Connect Success Routine to maintain high service standards and operational consistency.
• Supervise safe food handling, proper rotation, cooking, and storage procedures.
• Keep the restaurant secure and compliant by following all safety, cash handling, and labor policies.

Support Business Goals

• Provide insights to the RGM and Assistant Manager on team performance, staffing needs, and guest feedback.
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new Team Members by screening candidates and participating in training.
• Support inventory and labor management during shifts to help maximize profitability.

Are You the Right Fit?

We're looking for someone who is team-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative.

You'll Need:

• 1+ year of restaurant or retail experience (shift leadership experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills-able to lead by example and build trust quickly.
• A working knowledge of basic math and comfort with using a POS system.
• Commitment to upholding health, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have dependable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced setting.
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the U.S.
