Responsibilities and Advancement:
Your responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum, including attending to customers, preparing food, cooking, maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our restaurant, and handling payments for food orders. Our hands-on training ensures a swift and effective acquisition of proficiency in these tasks, teaching you how to adeptly prepare food and provide service the KFC way.

As a first-level member of the leadership in our restaurant, you will have the chance to enhance your skills in collaboration with fellow employees, positively influencing the overall performance of our establishment. Successful completion of the training program not only qualifies you for company-offered training initiatives but also opens up opportunities for advancement into leadership positions. Moreover, our KFC Foundation offers a scholarship program that facilitates both your professional growth within our organization and your educational pursuits.

Benefits:
Full-time employees averaging at least 30 hours per week are eligible for the following benefits after 12 months of continuous employment:

• Eligible to participate after 6 months of continuous employment

Paid Time Off (PTO):

• After completing 12 continuous months as a full-time employee averaging 35 hours per week, you will be eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO).
• After 12 months: 35 hours are deposited into your PTO account on January 1st.

By accepting this offer, you acknowledge that your employment will be at will. This means you can terminate your employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice, and the company also retains the right to reassign, modify compensation, or terminate your employment without cause or notice.
