Responsibilities:

  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with local regulations and KFC's standards.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing achievements.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
