Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook KFC's menu items, including the world-famous chicken, following standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team members to manage products needed to fulfill guest orders, contributing to a positive and eƯicient kitchen atmosphere.
- Temperature & Quality Control: Ensure all food items meet proper temperature and quality standards.
- Food Prep EƯiciency: Maintain eƯicient workflow and minimize food waste through portion control.
- Equipment Maintenance: Monitor and report equipment malfunctions to
- ensure seamless kitchen operations through KFC standards.
Qualifications:- Previous cooking experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work effecively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
