Performance bonus:Eligible for a restaurant performance bonus paid every period.
What you'll own:- Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results
- Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers
- Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results
- Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs
- Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food
What you bring:- At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
- Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment

The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law and will be discussed during the hiring process. The expected starting compensation ranges for new hires in this position is $50000.00 per year - $65000.00 per year
