Performance bonus:Eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program based on restaurant performance.
What you'll do:- Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant
- Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly
- Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance
- Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness
- Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability
- Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and help keep every shift running smoothly
What you bring:- At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
- Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
