The Facilities Lead is responsible for end-to-end execution of facilities operations across assigned restaurants, ensuring uptime, safety, and brand standards are consistently maintained. This role leads vendor performance, work order execution, and in-house Facilities Specialist coordination, with direct accountability for SLA performance, field execution, and R&M spend control.
- Support day-to-day facilities operations across assigned restaurants to ensure operational readiness and uptime
- Coordinate service vendors across trades (HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance)
- Monitor and track SLA performance including response time, on-site arrival, and completion timelines
- Support the work order lifecycle in CMMS (Corrigo) including backlog management, aging, and closure performance
- Provide guidance and field support to Facilities Specialists (FS) including prioritization and issue resolution
- Conduct site visits and facility audits to validate work quality, equipment condition, and vendor performance
- Review scopes of work and provide input on vendor pricing, labor, and repair recommendations
- Support R&M cost control through diagnostics, vendor management, and repair vs replacement decisions
- Assist with execution of equipment replacements, minor capital projects, remodels, and store closures
- Act as escalation point for critical equipment failures and store-down events, ensuring rapid resolution
- Identify and communicate repeat failures and operational inefficiencies
- Ensure all work is properly documented, tracked, and closed in CMMS
Education/Certifications - Technical certifications in facility maintenance preferred
Experience
- 3-5 years of multi-unit experience in Facilities Management or Maintenance
- Hands-on experience with building systems and construction components, including MEP (HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing)
- Experience supporting restaurant, retail, or similar multi-site environments preferred- Experience managing vendors and service providers across multiple locations
- Experience operating within a CMMS platform (Corrigo preferred)
- Ability to read scopes of work, validate repairs, and challenge vendor pricing
- Strong understanding of R&M spend, budgeting, and cost control
- Proven ability to operate with urgency in a high-volume, multi-site environment
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Salary Range: $72,200 to $76,500 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
