- Filtering the cooking oil and changing oil when it needs to be changed
- setting up the kitchen
- cooking and preparing the food we sell to the customers
- cleaning dishes
- mopping floors
- taking out trash
- keeping the kitchen clean and neat following all sanitation standards
- Following our strict protocol for sanitation while in or around our cooking area
