Buffet Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the buffet while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role focuses on food presentation, cleanliness, customer service, and adherence to food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up buffet with proper food items
- Ensure food is attractively displayed
- Monitor buffet lines and promptly replenish food
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of buffet areas throughout service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including temperature control
- Assist guests with questions about menu items and ingredients
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service flow
- Break down the buffet and clean equipment after service
We are looking for a full-time or part-time buffet attendant to add to our staff. Fast food/restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must to be able to follow directions. Flexible hours are available. Starting pay ranges from $13 - $15 per hour.
