Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of 6-8 restaurants, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Providing training, coaching, and support to Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and teams to excel in their roles.
- Motivating and recognizing team members for exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives for business growth.
- Upholding our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- 3-5 years of successful multi-unit management experience in Quick Service Restaurants.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional team-building capability.
- Basic business math, accounting skills, and analytical decision-making.
- Basic personal computer literacy.
- Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in employee selection, coaching, and development.
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
- College or University Degree preferred.
Salary Range: $78,500 to $99,500 annually + bonus eligibility.
This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
