Yum! Era (engage, retain, attract) is a multi-cultural group that advocates for inclusion in the workplace. The group provides cultural awareness education, connects members with leadership, shares consumer insights and supports growing talent and leaders within the company. Yum! Era drives organizational engagement, shares exciting learning opportunities and helps members network to make a difference at work AND in the community.
Women in Networking (WIN) supports its members by building networking know how, community cohesiveness and leveraging cross-functional knowledge. WIN identifies and addresses barriers to growth and celebrates achievements. Quarterly developmental events provide opportunities for development and learning; many of which are focused on issues facing women in the workplace.
The Yum! Pride Network (YPN) serves to engage and support lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees and LGBT allies. YPN organizes events for members and attracts great LGBT talent. Our ERG is both a champion for LGBT visibility within the organization and a resource for our members.
