E-commerce has completely disrupted the QSR industry in the past 12 months and brands are exploring how loyalty programs will play a role in driving continued digital growth. This is an exciting opportunity to help craft a global loyalty approach for one of the biggest QSR brands in the world. The right candidate will be hungry to learn and have the ability to think creatively while ensuring ideas are realistic and feasible.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a loyalty program recommendation, complete with technology business requirements and an example finance model that is feasible across different market maturity levels.
- Develop an understanding of how digital technology and marketing work together to help drive business results.
- Perform global competitive research on loyalty programs and work closely with KFC's digital and marketing teams across the world.
- Partner cross-functionally with finance to help develop different program models for KFC to consider as a global KFC opportunity.
- Present functional Digital Marketing project to marketing leaders around the world.
- Attend KFC virtual events and meetings
- Learn best practices around resume building, presentation skills, working in a virtual global corporate setting to gain real-world business experience.

Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Junior or Senior studying related field of Marketing/Digital. MBA candidates preferred.
- This candidate should have an attention to detail, an affinity for numbers, be competent in PowerPoint and excel. Bonus if you have experience working on digital/technology products.
- Eager to learn and partner with various departments in the company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Cope well under pressure

E-commerce has completely disrupted the QSR industry in the past 12 months and brands are exploring how to drive more customers to purchase through their off-premise channels. This is an exciting opportunity to help accelerate the digital footprint for one of the biggest QSR brands in the world.

Responsibilities
- Deliver the biggest bets for increasing KFC's global conversion rate through a combination of quantitative and qualitative research.
- Develop an understanding of how digital technology and marketing work together to help drive business results.
- Support the development of testing and measurement guidance to improve our global e-commerce conversion rate.
- Run qualitative studies to help identify opportunities in the current customer experience/validate design solutions.
- Present insights to the broader KFC digital and marketing teams across the world.
- Attend KFC virtual events and meetings
- Learn best practices around resume building, presentation skills, working in a virtual global corporate setting to gain real-world business experience.

Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Junior or Senior studying related field of Marketing/Digital. MBA candidate is preferred
- The right candidate will be eager to learn and will have taken courses around user experience design, test/control, the scientific method, quantitative/qualitative testing, and statistics.
- This person should have a good balance of being analytical and creative and be comfortable with translating data into insights.
- excellent communication skills and comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Eager to learn and partner with various departments in the company
- Ability to multitask
- Cope well under pressure
