To achieve this strategic initiative, we are currently seeking a QA Analyst to join our POS & Digital team. This will be a critical role in ensuring the quality of our digital technologies prior to deployment to our customers through the execution of test plans.

How you will contribute:

* Test Planning
* Work with the product owner and development teams to determine testing plan for future releases
* Maintain library of test scripts, both manual and automated
* Assist developers in learning what tests need to be covered by unit tests
* Participate in project meetings, daily scrums and product planning sessions.


* Test Execution
* Execute manual and automated test scripts against our mobile applications
* Report defects found during testing
* Manage a fleet of test devices and their test builds
* Work with our security team to validate findings of PEN and security testing


* Production Support
* Act as an escalation manager for our customer helpdesk
* Provide inputs to training material
* Define and implement process improvements for the QA function as well as process flow and UI for 3rd party software


* Requirements:

o 2+ years QA/BA, with experience in both manual and automated testing highly preferred

o Ability to work well in a dynamic, flexible team environment

o Must be a resourceful and proactive self-starter

o Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

o Ability to balance high quality standards with schedule pressures

o Ability to stay flexible and solution-oriented

o Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus

o Experience with SmartBear, SoapUI or equivalent products is a plus
