* Development of signature leadership development programs and tools, including launching Coaching with Heart, developing coach capability tools, leadership competencies and RGM#1 project launch.
* Partner with Global communications team to launch our internal purpose through inspiring storytelling that promotes our EVP, the People Promise- Be Your Best Self, Make a Difference, Have Fun.
* Lead the strategy and implementation for KFC Global's leadership development programs to fuel results with heart. This includes Coaching with Heart, Leadership Accel, Achieving Breakthrough Results, Leading Culture, and other courses as needed by the business.
* Manage global coaching, culture, and engagement surveys and assessments to identify growth opportunities and business insights to focus future development tools and action plans on greatest business potential. This includes Hogan, 360, KFC Voice, and GPTW.


* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
* MBA and/or advanced degree is preferred

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications)

* 8+ years of successful experience in Organizational Development, HR, or leadership development in fast-paced and decentralized organization (Experience in QSR or retail organization is a plus)

* Knowledge of and expertise working with OD/HR tools, systems, processes, and practices

* Demonstrated ability to work through complex and ambiguous business issues and identify, develop, and implement appropriate interventions

* Strong project management and execution skills including ability to manage multiple tasks

* Ability to think strategically and systemically with flexibility to act tactically

* Ability to influence and gain support for change from a variety of stakeholders at multiple levels

* Strong collaborative style

* Willingness and desire to lead, take accountability, and learn

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Demonstrated creativity in organizational development program design and implementation

* Excellent vendor management skills
